1. About Royal Aromas

The company is based in Malmö. If you wish to contact us, please send an email to [email protected] with your inquiry and contact details, and we will get back to you shortly.

2. Ordering

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will include all details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery address.

3. Delivery

Our normal delivery times are 2-3 days within Sweden. Note: Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

4. Prices

All prices in the store are listed in SEK and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, misprints in the price list, or incorrect pricing information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

5. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you receive an item you have ordered.

5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:

You must notify us that you regret your purchase. The message should be sent to us at [email protected]. Your message should clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return relates to.You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notice.You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well-packaged and in their original packaging.We reserve the right to deduct a sum equivalent to the decrease in value compared to the product's original value in cases of used or damaged products.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you. Custom-made products, which have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal touch according to your wishes. Services that have been fully performed and where you have explicitly agreed that the service begins without a right of withdrawal.

6. Complaints and Grievances

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product is still damaged or incorrectly dispatched when it arrives, we undertake to rectify the error at no cost in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 How to proceed with a complaint?

Any faults and defects should always be reported to [email protected] where you state your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the defect.If we fail to rectify the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover the return shipping for approved complaints.We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. 7. Limitation of Liability

We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or non-delivery from the supplier. Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website and the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the monitor, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to expose the products as accurately as possible.

Royal Aromas is responsible for the processing of personal data that you have provided to us as a customer. Your personal data is processed by us to manage your order and in cases where you have requested newsletters or promotional offers - to adapt the marketing to your individual needs. To handle your order and answer questions related to your order (customer service), we store your first and last name, address, phone number, email address, IP address, and purchase history.Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example, to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Accounting Act.

10.3 Legal Basis

In connection with a purchase, your personal data is processed to complete the agreement with you.Marketing, promotions, and similar mailings occur with your consent.

10.4 What data is shared and for what purpose?

10.4.1 Payment Provider - When making a purchase, information is shared with our payment provider. The data stored is your first name, last name, address, email address, and phone number. If you choose to pay by invoice, your personal ID number is also stored with the payment provider. The information is saved to complete the purchase and to protect the parties against fraud. The payment providers (payment services) we use are: Stripe and Paypal.

10.4.2 Shipping Company - To deliver your orders and fulfill our agreement, we need to share specific information with the shipping company. The data shared with the shipping company is your first name, last name, and delivery address. Your email address and/or phone number may also be shared with the shipping company for notification.The shipping companies we cooperate with are: DHL, Postnord.

10.4.3 Newsletter - If you have chosen to subscribe to our newsletter, your first name, last name, and email address are shared with our newsletter provider. This is to keep you updated with information and offers for marketing purposes. We use GetANewsletter for newsletter distribution.

10.5 Right of Access

You have the right to obtain a copy of all information we have about you. Extracts are delivered electronically in a readable format.

10.6 Right to Rectification

You have the right to ask us to update incorrect information or complete information that is incomplete.
